Hi,
I need help today.
Okay, blood pressure. Until last July, when I accidentally cut my index finger and needed stitches, my blood pressure has been good, low even. Now its not. It's HIGH.
I don't like it high. I don't want to take High Blood pressure meds.
SO I am looking for your tips and tricks to keep higher blood pressure lower.
If you already have and have always had low blood pressure, have a cup of coffee and pat yourself on the back and say "Good job." Hear me also telling you Good Job. But if you have had to struggle with this in some way please tell me what worked for you?
Thanks,
Mary
PS took my blood pressure at 5:30pm 138/86 Yahoo! :-D

Dad says "what works for him is to get rid of stress in his life." Easy to say - hard to do. Harried days make his blood pressure higher so slow down let some things slide by and don't feel like you have to accomplish so much each day. Some - you know - of it may be hereditary. My dad, your Grandpa, had really high blood pressure, but for some reason I don't. Watch the salt intake too...Dads Mother has been on high blood pressure medicine for a long time also. Also the doctors have been reducing what is acceptable for the readings. So high keeps getting lower????
ReplyDeleteMary, I guess I get to have a cup of coffee, or chai tea : ) However instead of patting myself on the back I will pray for you in this regard. My blood pressure has always been low, maybe it is just hereditary. If so, medication may be necessary. Praying for wisdom and peace of mind. Love ya,
